FAQ - Exchange and Return

To provide you with the best possible service, you can return your order placed with ALETHEA for replacement or store credit. All orders for return or exchange must be accompanied by a original receipt or a confirmation email. 

Fresh flowers, plants and gifts that are highly perishable can be returned or exchanged within 12 hours. 

Preserved fresh flowers, plants and gifts that are non-perishable can be returned or exchanged within 10 days. 

The following reasons are not eligible for return, or exchange. 

  1. Non-quality issues and/or subjective preference, such as appearance, smells, color, etc.
  2. Products are not identical to images under Substitution Rules.
  3. Products are damaged due to improper use or handling.
  4. Delivery issues due to unforeseen weather condition, such as snow storm.
  5. Complimentary items
  6. Products shipped outside of GTA.


If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased from ALETHEA, please fill out our Contact Form including the order number and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

非易腐壞性產品如永生花等商品请可於10天內申請退換。

  1. 商品無質量問題,但由于个人主观喜好或审美对收到的商品不滿意
  2. 替換條列下的產品由於替換導致產品與圖片不符
  3. 任何因非正常使用、处理而导致损坏的商品
  4. 因不可抗力造成的相关配送问题,比如暴風雪
  5. 贈品
  6. 郵寄到大多地區以外的產品
