To provide you with the best possible service, you can return your order placed with ALETHEA for replacement or store credit. All orders for return or exchange must be accompanied by a original receipt or a confirmation email.
Fresh flowers, plants and gifts that are highly perishable can be returned or exchanged within 12 hours.
Preserved fresh flowers, plants and gifts that are non-perishable can be returned or exchanged within 10 days.
The following reasons are not eligible for return, or exchange.
- Non-quality issues and/or subjective preference, such as appearance, smells, color, etc.
- Products are not identical to images under Substitution Rules.
- Products are damaged due to improper use or handling.
- Delivery issues due to unforeseen weather condition, such as snow storm.
- Complimentary items
- Products shipped outside of GTA.
